GEOCAMP is a space open to the publication of field itineraries of geological content by geologists and / or Earth Sciences teachers of any educational level. We invite everyone to submit their contributions.
In the GEOCAMP portal we understand as "listing" within "Geologuies" the set of materials (texts and images) that are able to provide descriptive information and tutorial that facilitate geological knowledge from a direct contact with the environment.
The itineraries published in GEOCAMP aim to be a tool in the service of Geology Education. That is why its priority interest should be focused on the didactic use of the regional Geological Heritage. "Specialized field guides" or simple "inventories of areas and places of geological interest" will not be considered.
The publication of an itinerary on the GEOCAMP website requires the authors to accept the established rules, comply with an editing procedure and submit the originals to a revision process.
The contents of a proposed itinerary to be published in GEOCAMP must be original. Any inclusion of non-original texts, photographs or figures must be cited and / or authorized properly. The language of publication will be Spanish. Based on the Spanish version, versions in other languages will be accepted.
The itineraries accepted for publication will be incorporated into the GEOCAMP portal in a pdf format. Authors expressly waive copyright on their itineraries and authorize their use as long as their source is specified. However, the total or partial reproduction of texts or images for commercial purposes is prohibited.
